Slow load times

I've set up the ports to be opened, but due to others using wifi, I cannot reset the router to accept changes until after 9p CST.

UPDATE: I've correctly set up the port forwarding and have a reserved internal IP for my desktop PC. However, port checking sites report FFXIV's ports as closed, and over a dozen of the common ports are reported as closed as well.

UPDATE 2: Apparently, my ISP (Cox Communications) blocks most ports to "protect bandwidth, customers, and the internet." and unblocking them requires paying a fee for their "Advanced Support". Not something we're capable of doing at the moment.
