It isnt just about the self sustainment part from Tanks that rendered Healers completely useless, it was just the final Nail in the coffin that made even the biggest Copium addicts realise, that something isnt right.

Pretty much ALL responsibilities which would fall under the Healing Role are taken care of by the other Roles, be it buffing, regenerating ressources (mp), mitigation or healing.

We reached a point, where simole Quality of Life changes and adjustments wont do it anymore. Either:

A: Things stay as they are and the amount of Healers will reach a close to 0 state, because optimal Gameplay is about not choosing one.

B: ALL JOBS get reworked in a way where Healer gameplay actually matters again.

or

C: Healers turn into Pseudo Casters and Tanks take care of everything.
