Healers, not required. (EW SPOILERS)

I remember just needing one healer for Ravana ex.

SE keeps designing encounters with just hugely long periods of no unavoidable damage happening. Like, i'm a healer main, i like to heal, but they seem so afraid to have an encounter pressure us to do so in any meaningful way. This, combined with the stricter dps checks, just breed the mentality of "I am a healer, i do as much damage and as little healing as possible. A GCD used on a heal is a wasted GCD" and that's just so foreign to me i can't even begin to understand the people who like it like this.
