Is this an official site/part of FFXIV proper or a fan made site?

I stumbled upon it on google while looking up Sightseeing info and as far as I'm aware, have never visited the site before, however, it has me logged as IP banned, which is strange since I got a new net connection only last month and new IP along with it. (I don't use a VPN)

I cant find any info on the site outside of the site itself, which of course wont show anything other than the IP banned notice, So I'm left wondering if I'm auto banned from something important (it claims too be the official forums and yet, here I am...) or if its just some random FFXIV related site.

I took a quick look. Considering that the website has an unsecure connection, low-quality images, bad formatting, and a news page that stopped being updated in 2018, it is most definitely not an official site.

As for whether it's important, considering their General Discussion's most recent OP was made in August, and the board's most recent reply being at the end of November... no, you're not missing much. It's a dead board.

Pretty bold of them also to claim to be the official forum, yet not having Yoshi-P on there. He's a pretty big stamp of officiality.
