Final Fantasy VIII when Squall embraces Rinoa in outer space with no air left in his tank. Also in the cockpit of Ragnorak while floating in space with "Eyes on Me" song playing. I teared up.

I'm just going to say Final Fantasy 6. As I keep thinking about it, that game is LOADED with strongly memorable scenes despite it being of the old 16 bit era. Even the music, in all it's simplicity, has yet to be matched.

Yea cool the tile is about to disppear, run run off to another one, 5 seconds later you fall down anyways cause for the server you haven't moved an inch when the tile disappeared - no thanks :3

This is definitely the 2nd most emotionally touching scenes I've witnessed, 1st being Aerith death. It is the timing of the music that really gets you.
