All of those situations you're going to be sitting on a GCD nine times out of 10. SSS is useless and requires practically perfect timing to get any use out of a minor speed boost and its potency is not worth sitting on a GCD to use it.

You're in the extreme minority in thinking its unique or even good.

Why would you want to sit on a GCD with 250-310 potency, when you can use SSS with 550 potency in such situations?

It´s unique since no other class has such downtime-possibilities. And i don´t care if i´m in the minority or not... i´m able to do a bit of math and to see the possibilities. This is something the most here are not able too.
