I am not gonna come off as a douche this time, but I really do not believe they will ever come back. After playing monk for some time now and getting the rotation down, you lot are right in that it is very easy, once you just memorise the random af opener, however after that it is easily manageable.
Though I don't think positionals are the answer here. For starters I think they could do something with RoW, by making it a 25% reduction in recast times for weapon skills. Just to give monk some much needed oomf. They could also make SSS an oGCD that increases next blitz by 30% but with a short duration buff, so you have to use it in your busy period.
They could also change up chakras a bit too by making the two positionals you do have guarentee a chakra, just so that you get more oGCDs, along with Howling Fist as a standard AoE oGCD if elixer field must be a blitz.
