I extremely doubt that.
If even a part of Lahabrea survived, Elidibus would have almost certainly known. he makes the whole spiel about how he's the last of the unsundered when you encounter him in 5.3 and that Lahabrea & Emet-Selch paid the ultimate price. Also, in said cutscene you reference, Lahabrea takes the full bunt of the attack first with a dying-esque scream, then explodes into a huge dark cloud, which then you see Ascalon viciously absorbing a moment later, and then thordan makes his 'even Ascian souls can be used as fuel' line. Seems like a ton of grandiose efforts and steps to choreograph and then later reinforce with Elidibus's choice of words nearly two expansions later if lahabrea wasn't fully dead.
