Thread: i still don't receive the free 14 days and why i cannot post this in another forum?

it's been 3 days this is already 24/12/21 , my account sub was end and Auto-renew on 21/12/21

don't know what going is it just me that still not receive it yet ? because all my friend that i know of they all already got it

and for some reason i cannot allow to post other than here why ?

Try sending an email about this. I had the same issue, mentioned it in my 2nd report about their busted audio (You mess up my audio and don't even give me the promised compensation?!), and the next day they sent a copy paste reply about the free 7 days. Was really aggravated, but when I checked the day after THAT, I had suddenly recieved my 14 days. Whether it was because of the rage-filled email or the system just finally got around to it, I'm unsure. Would like to think my complaining did something though.

I was running off the free 7 days provided before, so you didn't need a paying sub to recieve it as far as I can tell. Too bad the time does nothing for me until they fix the audio they broke, but c'iest la vie.

yeah i have the same mail about the free 7 days and because the mail sound like a bot answer me instead of an support so i rerply and still waitin.
