    trained eye not working

    Trained eye is not working on the level 80 grade 4 artisanal skybuilders recipes when your level 90 and 10 levels above them.

    the tooltip for Trained Eye specifically states that it is not allowed to work with expert recipes. Did you really think they were going to nerf that into the ground this early?
