(Sage) Eukrasian Dosis Kardia Heal is instant instead of hot

I believe, that the Kardia Heal from Eukrasian dosis is wrong. As Eukrasian dosis is damage over time spell, so the Kardia heal from It should be heal over time.
So for every tick of the eukrasian dosis dmg, the kardia heal should return appropriate ammount of healing. Now It heals instantly for the sum. It would make sense and give a missing hot heal to sage.

It's not the effect of the spell that triggers the Kardia heal.
It's using the GCD.

And the current healing from Kardia is fine.
