    inventory scrollbar ?

    when i use cursor to drag down inventory scrollbar, it bounce back to where i start
    but it is all godd if i use mouse wheel to scroll
    it is annoying since i am used to click and drag the scrollbar
    anyone help me out?

    come on this is driving me mad...
    it happens to all my menu, i clicked the scollbar and hold it and drag, the scrollbar should should stay where i drag, but now it goes back to top after i unhold
