I'm challenging this charge on my card. I ordered twice (the first time the coupon code kept disappearing off the checkout after I applied it, and the second time it seemed to stay) and I still have no emote despite a cumulative $50+ not including tip and delivery. To boot Grubhub is legitimately rude over the phone about the whole process, explaining that I must not understand how a coupon code works.

We have a Doordash paid account for free delivery, and only used Grubhub for this promotion. I did not receive the emote, so therefore I did not receive the service I paid for. I can get fast food with free delivery from my DoorDash account, or I could use Postmates or Uber Eats... they only got my business for the emote, and honestly my roommate (who also ordered twice because of disappearing coupon codes) and I feel scammed. Never using Grubhub again.

SquareEnix: Grubhub's coupon application is faulty and they are genuinely rude to your customers. You refer our money out to other businesses and they spit on us. This isn't the only instance of this: a quick Google search shows this problem on loop
