Final Zone Music Bugged After MSQ (Constant Lyrical Music)?

Is there any way to fix the bug where the final zone music changes permanently to the lyrical version of the BGM after MSQ ends? It's a hassle to constantly turn off the BGM, or play other things in the background, just to have to revert it upon leaving the zone after gathering, etc.

Does reinstalling the game fix this bug? It's driving me absolutely insane.

EDIT: Opened a support ticket. There's no way this is working as intended.

It isn't necessarily a bug, though I do vastly prefer the original theme to the song that plays after a certain point.

I don't think it's a bug. The music evolves as you quest through the zone. Personally I don't mind having it constantly playing, but I'd love to have it loop through all the variants and ending with the lyric version.

I agree with this. I’d like for it to evolve with each region of the final zone—kind of like it did as we worked through it. Though, a loop would also be nice.

I wish it played that final version without the lyrics, it's a good song no doubt but the lyricless version is better as BGM for a zone and the vibe of the song gives me mad Outer Wilds vibes and the lyrics just kinda ruin it.

Yeah they need to go back to the original music for the zone after you finish MSQ.

It's fine for some people but not for others. I'm in the camp of "this lyrical song is going to drive me insane if I listen to it one more time." Same with the Sharlayan music. It's gorgeous, I liked it, but on a loop it quickly becomes grating to my ears.

I mute BGM in both zones.
