For us to better assist you, please respond with the following information:

When the issue occurs, does it happen in a specific area in the game or when a specific affect or instance or character is logged in? Does the issue happen randomly or is there some sort of pattern such as duration played etc? Please clarify.

Run a cleat boot on the PC and disable all programs except Windows based ones and AMD drivers along with the game to eliminate any possible 3rd party programs possibly causing issues.

Run Windows update and install all recommended/optional updates. Multiple reboots and attempts may be required.

Hello, the issue seems to be occurring totally randomly specifically in Endwalker zones. Originally it happened on launch day of endwalker in old shar when attuning to an atherite, on Saturday it occurred during extreme Zodiark and lastnight it happened while standing on a cliff in Thavnair waiting for party finder to find our last member to que up so its not one specific place its happening nor is it constant rather totally random. I can go all day 1pm - 8pm no problems but as soon as I start doing content with my group the error seems to strike and its quite annoying considering the ques and all, not to mention the PC being brand new. I had similar problems on my old PC but was a plethora of different errors that plagued me there, its almost like a curse thats always in the back of your mind when playing since its totally random and can happen at any given moment. As for my windows everything is up to date as of now there was one update lastnight and tonight that I just installed that most likely had no effect but they're installed. As for running the game with a clean boot I have done that but honestly having things like steam / discord open are standard on every PC and should not be causing this issue, I don't use steam overlay or discord overlay and my game is ran through steam. Once the servers are up tomorrow I will attempt a clean boot but please understand that things like discord are necessary to communicate with people I play with and should not be considered for this kind of error, out of all the posts ive seen about this error I have not once seen someone mention discord as an app running causing the crash... overlays yes but not the app its self. Anyways thanks for responding quickly I look forward to your response.

Okay, as of the new patch this morning I can't even log into the game now. At first it was giving me a 100000000 DX 11 error everytime I launched the game so I uninstalled and fresh installed my drivers... now im getting the old errors I use to get on my old pc and im legit at wits end https://imgur.com/a/OvEKZsV this is the error that pops up now and I am unable to even launch the game.... seriously ?

Update: Reinstalled the game / drivers and was able to log in, will see if the 110000002 error still persists tonight when im raiding... hopefully it was something to do with a corrupt file and this fixed everything but we'll see.

Fatal DirectX error 110000002 again today while waiting at the Aetheryte in Thavnair afk, second time its happened in this zone at two different locations on the map. No programs running other then Chrome / Discord, was using windows mode.
