Endwalker registered but not playable

I purchased Endwalker digital collectors edition from HumbleBundle.com due to continuous errors on the mog station and customer service being unable to help me. I registered my code, it was accepted, I received the earrings. I didn't have a toon high enough to use early access, but I do not have access to the Endwalker expac....and the launcher prompts me to enter my registration code, but when I do, it tells me that code is already registered. Well, DUH! I also never receive the items from the collectors edition. I didn't realize that I didn't have it until I finished Shadowbringers and the quest for Endwalker is red.

I just need to know how to get this rectified.

If you ordered during the pre-order period, you should have received two codes: one is the Early Access code, and the second is the expansion proper code. It sounds like you only registered the first code (Early Access only) and not the second one. So I would look at your order information for the second code. It will be different than the first one.
