    90002 dc within seconds on one character consistently

    I've been trying for the last 6 hours to get in and I've actually logged in every time but my MAIN toon seems to be the only one affected by this. As soon as I log in i instantly get 90002. This doesnt happen to any of my other characters on this server or in other data centers.

    I tested this on my wifes PC and it is the same thing. All of her toons play perfectly. But when I log into my account my MAIN toon still get 90002.


    I did play with this toon on my PS5 earlier this week but I can no longer use it on PC? Also if I tether my PS5 to my phone it lets me log in which is strange considering all my other toons play fine on my current internet and so does my wifes.

    My internet connection is also flawless and Im located in the US Primal Data Center Lamia.

    Basically what in the hell is going on here?

    I need support here from a GM or someone to fix this issue because it's clearly something server side.

    I have the same issue, as does my husband. Unfortunately once you seem to start getting the 90002 issue (and then the immediate 2002 lobby error), that's it for the day.

    It got really bad two days ago and then seemed to recover again, but now it's back to doing it. To your point I haven't found a way to fix it on my side, all tests indicate there aren't any issues from my side at all and more interestingly, I can play without a single issue on the Japanese servers indicating that whatever is wrong must be coming from the data centre.

    Once it starts I can't play anymore, I just have to close the game as any attempts to do anything (dungeons/crafting/literally just talking...) will result in me being disconnected. Anything between 30secs - 5mins is how long I've managed to hold a connection for when this starts which is like...no time to do anything at all. It's not ideal and I would very much like for them to acknowledge that something isn't working.

    (On the plus side I don't think you 'did' anything by playing on the PS5 in the previous week, I think Square just haven't fixed their damn servers and need to look at them properly rather than slapping duct tape and super glue on them.)
