Okay, so we're all stuck sitting in queue for a while now. I am currently looking forward to 2,5 hours in which I can real life and do stuff. But some of us don't have that luxury, and for them, watching the queue go down is an agonizingly slow process.
So, I stumbled upon this little gem on youtube:

The top comment of which suggests, that we could have different characters during prolonged queue times pop up on our screen and perform various dances. I personally find this idea amusing, and see no real reason not to implement it, just take a character model, overlay it over the queue and have it perform one of the already existing dance-animations, then cycle through the animations and models at random, maybe with a few quirks inbetween, where after a while it will just be all ingame characters dancing next to each other, just cycling through the animations.

Since the queue only starts after you have selected a character, you could also program in a quick check-for-search, to see what story quests have been completed, and only show characters that this character has encountered yet to avoid spoilers.
