I dont think Singtel allow use of cloudflare. Its DNS is locked.
Anyone have any other methods?

After restarting it suddenly the launcher can work again XD.

in case anyone doesn't want to pay for a pc vpn, you could try downloading one on your phone for free then just use mobile data to log in and switch back to your regular internet.
this method worked for me, but definitely only a temporary fix cause it's a pain to setup

Same here. Having the issue now and unable to login. Was playing fine when I was up at 2am.

Feeling like there was a patch or something that broke a bunch of stuff and is causing disconnections or routing issues around the game. Update that I've tried things outside of buying a VPN (tried WARP also) and the issue persists.

Edit: I got the free plan of ProtonVPN and connected to some random thing in Japan. Launcher worked just fine. Sigh.

... but the login didn't. Okay then, lol.

I called up SingTel, the rep has been understanding and says this requires surfacing to backend to investigate. Meaning, it will take time to resolve for those of us who do not have immediate access to a VPN.

In the end, I went ahead to get a paid 1-month VPN service... This got me past the launcher checker and into the game. Unfortunately, this is the immediate solution to the log-in issue until the ISP resolves this on their end.

Same here. I ended up getting a 1-month subscription to ExpressVPN and am currently reinstalling my files.

I called SingTel, submitted screenshots of the error and explained everything, highlighting that other SingTel users seemed to be facing the same issues. They put me on hold for half an hour in total, only to call back later and offer me a fix I'd already tried from Reddit.

EDIT: As of 1830hrs, I've been able to reinstall all the files and get in with the VPN!

Same issue. Do not try to reinstall, it just gets the same error and you cant even reinstall because of that, and you get even more errors when trying to reinstall via VPN.

I'm from India and even I'm facing the same issue. It was working fine yesterday. But getting this error since morning today. Using VPN works but I just used some trial period vpn to troubleshoot. I don't own any premium vpn license.

I finallly got it to work without VPN. Want to tell you guys how it got resolved.
However since it falls in the grey area of SE terms and conditions I don't want to get in trouble.
So I'll just vaguely mention: It's a problem with the game launcher. Use another launcher. Google is your friend
