Same issue here. Singtel user as well. No problem accessing the internet - not sure if the ISP will even bother to check on this.

Try using VPN for the time being to get pass the version check, then switch back to your own network

I'm from Singapore and using Singtel as well. Tried all of the solutions from the internet and the only one working was to use VPN. I connected to Japan and it gets me through the version checker but now my account is flagged for suspicious activity. I'm worried I might encounter this issue again after logging out.

I just tried the VPN method using surfshark, it managed to launch.

I used ExpressVPN, it allowed me to access the launcher.
