    Unfortunately no O: I managed to find a way to start the launcher by using NordVPN and set the country to Japan before opening the launcher (after that you can turn off the VPN), but apparently right now I have to do that every single time I want to start the launcher. Hope either the provider or SQE side can find some solution for this

    Yes i did. Even tried Editing FFXIV_BOOT.crg for Bootvercheckmode 0>1
    B4eulaAgreement 0>1.
    However, connecting to mobile hotspot (different ISP from internet line) to open the launcher, then game menu screen, then switch back to ethernet.
    Once I exit the launcher/game, the launcher will show the same error (while on ethernet with changed DNS of 1111/1001 & 8888/8844). Even VPN cant help

    Unifi = unable to open launcher
    Digi (mobile hotspot) = able to open launcher

    Looking forward for good news! Was working normally fighting Sephirot EX minilvl no echo and my laptop went to sleep cause of battery outage and boot backup(10sec interval after sleep mode) launcher Error starts.

    Yes and no, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game from scratch but not delete the folder in My Documents > My Games. Launcher still wouldn't work after reinstalled

    After uninstalling and reinstalling the game the launcher still wouldn't work, so I opted for a diff method and tried using NordVPN to change my location to Japan and it worked in opening the launcher. Then, finally, i could reinstall and re-download the whole patch. That happened yesterday and just now when I tried opening the launcher again, it still shows the same error and I had to use VPN again to run the launcher, so I'm assuming it's a reoccurring problem that needs to be fundamentally fixed

    Managed to resolve the issue via:
    - Changing my DNS address to use one of the public ones (e.g. 4.2.2.2, 1.1.1.1, etc.)
    - Using VPN to get past the launcher's version check

    Everything after version check worked without having any of the above.

    Managed to change DNS to reinstall the game but this morning same problem arises when trying to login from steam client

    This problem would likely lasted awhile and might slowly affect any services using them.
    Thank you for digging this up. I already sent them a feedback on why websites blocked by India is affecting Singapore users. If no solution besides using vpn then I'm switching ISP next month.

    YES! (Doesn't resolve the problem).

    Both PCs in the room are wired to the same modem.

    Edit: We found the solution is tether mobile phone 4G to PC, get pass the login page, remove phone tether, use back wired LAN and the connection is ok.

    Platform is Windows, not Steam.
    I reinstalled the entire game yesterday and issue is still not fixed.
    Wireless connection. Hotspot doesn't work either, shows the same issue. Then again my hotspot uses the same ISP.
    ISP is Reliance Jio. I'm not using Airtel. VPN gets me past the launcher but login fails, giving me a 30410 30607 20457 404 error.
    Region is Delhi, India.
    I'm unsure what a hybrid is, but if it helps I have only one box that being my modem, no separate router.

    Try this method guys. Worked for me and wife.

    We found the solution is tether mobile phone 4G to PC, get pass the login page, remove phone tether, use back wired LAN and the connection is ok.
    Edit: Our phone ISP is M1 (Not Singtel or ViewQuest)
