    Ninja feels clunky in endwalker

Ive been ating ninja since shb and i love this job very much but,the changes implimented to the ninja in ew(forced gap closers, forked and fleeting raiju)have made the job feels clunkier and they also feels a bit unrewarding.
A change that would really help is if the proc for forked raiju, remains even after pressing a weaponskill, this will really help with positioning during fights,as currently you have to press them even if u are in a bad position as they are gcds. This change will also help in keeping your huton up just in case you didnt refresh it before got into your trick window.Another possible, but lower on the priority list, change would be if they gave you more ninki, this will help them feel more rewarding.

Feels fun and rewarding to me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

(Also, there are several threads on this same topic in the DPS forum.)

I'm about to start leveling my ninja to 90 but I'm a bit confused about not having silent fang anymore and armor crush is now part of a combo? I'm so confused xD

Armor crush has been part of the 123 combo since shb,i dont know about silent fang at all, mayhaps these were the skills in stormblood or before?
But u should try ninja its still a fun job, but the raijus are extremely clunky and restrictive

I think they meant Shadow Fang, which was a skill in Shadowbringers; it combo'd off of Spinning Edge and inflicted a Damage-over-Time status effect on the target.

I aim to make my posts engaging and entertaining, even when you might not agree with me. And failing that, I'll just be very, VERY wordy.

Not sure about the wording of the title because I was honestly confused before I read the post what on earth you where getting at.

I do agree with you though kind of. I think forked/fleeting raiju is a lot of fun to use and I really like it but it really does feel like it's kind of LOLDRG'ing us a bit with the forced immediate use or lose it. I agree it shouldn't be lost upon using literally anything else.

I find myself using the Raijus all the time, with filler between them if any are off CD.
If using one would put me in the bad stuff, I just hold off until the yellow goes away. A minor DPS loss from waiting is preferable to being dead.
You can also toss a couple more Raitons if forced to stay away, then use the Raiju stacks after you move in again.

I'm honestly questioning whether or not I should just jump on the RPR bandwagon for the first savage tier because Raiju clunkiness aside, NIN is also in a bad enough spot DPS-wise that people on both the JP/English forums are making an issue of it.

well,in savage, ult and extreme there is no yellow that u can wait for to go away, and holding raiju for throwing daggers in not an option when u r trying to improve or even make a dps check, even if u do hold onto it,that is the part thats clunk fest
