Timeworn artifacts are impossible/extremely grindy to get

So I'm trying to get one of the steps of my resistance relic weapon where you need to do Delubrum 5 times to get the 15 timeworn artifacts, we were 2 tanks and two dps and literally, it took us 5 minutes to get the boss to 75% health...

After the first wipe people left, and it's normal, the bosses have an absurdly huge quantity of health points and we were just four.

I understand people no longer play this because we are on the beginning of a new expansion and people are focused on other things. But still, it should be possible to get those timeworn artifacts.

The solution I propose is the following: make it a guaranteed drop in PotD, or at least make it a 50% chance to drop in every floor from 50 onwards (where most people play). Another plausible solution would be to drastically decrease the boss HP in Delubrum.

I'd suggest doing Deep Dungeon. I'm getting 1 relic per 10 floors goes faster than you'd imagine. Even can solo it.
