Make event clothes account wide - 2 ways to make it happen ?

Hello,

I have a main character dedicated to play with my husband, and several alts i'm playing from time to time.
While I've done every season events since 2.0, I did not own all the clothes on all my chars, and it's a pretty often that I wish I could borrow clothes I own with one char for another.

The point is, since I've DONE the event at least once in my account, and those items are only cosmetic, it would be really nice, and not hurting the game, to be able to share the clothes for all my characters.

1st option : personnal dresser shared account wild.
Once you get the item an store it in your dresser, it can be retrieved from any other character from the same account.

2nd option : event item salvager.
Since you can buy from him any item you already owned once, maybe we can share that "memory list" for every characters on one account.
Avantage is salvager has several categories, so only event clothes could be shared.

What do you think ? would this be possible to do ?

It would be pretty awesome if they were able to come up with a way to add a way for the account to recognize having done certain events. The game's able to recognize that I've played a certain amount of time and have bought expansions, both that supply gear. Why not add something that lets me snag prior event stuff from a salvager? My only guesses are them wanting to be able to sell them on the Mogstation or a feature like this being so far down on the priority list that it'll never happen even if it's doable.
