Not sure where to post this so hope this is right. My 3 kids and I all did the ENDWALKER promo with Grubhub, including opening new accounts - all for the pizza emote. We each ordered an order and put in the ENDWALKER promo code (and it said promo applied) on four different days with four different orders. Yes, that is a lot of Grubhub to order.

Anyhow, only my one son who used the Gruphub mobile app successfully got the registration email on Friday to add the pizza emote. The rest of us who used Safari on iPhone did not. If I can send you the receipts from each of the other three orders, would it be possible to add the pizza emote to the other three accounts as well?

I have spent 3 hours over the last two days on the phone with Grubhub customer service, and they are completely helpless. All they keep saying is that, even though all of my orders qualify, there seems to have been a technical error when using Safari on an iPhone instead of using their app. And now they won't fix it. They keep talking in circles. I need some actual customer support please.

I am hoping you are able to just add the pizza emote on your side.
