    Grubhub Promo not applied

    Hello,

    Not sure where to post this so hope this is right. My 3 kids and I all did the ENDWALKER promo with Grubhub, including opening new accounts - all for the pizza emote. We each ordered an order and put in the ENDWALKER promo code (and it said promo applied) on four different days with four different orders. Yes, that is a lot of Grubhub to order.

    Anyhow, only my one son who used the Gruphub mobile app successfully got the registration email on Friday to add the pizza emote. The rest of us who used Safari on iPhone did not. If I can send you the receipts from each of the other three orders, would it be possible to add the pizza emote to the other three accounts as well?

    I have spent 3 hours over the last two days on the phone with Grubhub customer service, and they are completely helpless. All they keep saying is that, even though all of my orders qualify, there seems to have been a technical error when using Safari on an iPhone instead of using their app. And now they won't fix it. They keep talking in circles. I need some actual customer support please.

    I am hoping you are able to just add the pizza emote on your side.

    I just got off with their "escalated" customer service and while they acknowledged the bug and said they would report this to their developers so that it doesn't happen to future customers, there was literally nothing Grubhub could do to rectify the promo. So I am hoping Square Enix can. Please let me know.

    There is a large amount of FFXIV players that participated in this promotion that did not receive the code regardless of first come, first serve. Some players that participated on 12/15 received a code while others that ordered on 12/10 did not receive the code.

    Customer support representatives are telling us all different things. It is very confusing and frustrating. GrubHub's service seems to have technical difficulties that interfered with the promotion.

    Please allow participating customers to send in their receipts for their purchases to be honored due to the poor experience of this promotion.

    It is INSANE that they can simply say "sorry your promo wasn't applied good luck next time" after we all spent money on that AWFUL service.

    After being spit in the face by grubhub and square. I can definitely say I'll never touch another one of your CRAPPY promos again.

    I guess I'm not the only one. I was wondering what happened. I used my G-mail Account to order. I use Firefox for my browser.
    I was looking forward to using Grubhub instead of Doordash, for my area some of the restaurants I like to order from had longer hours on Grubhub vs Doordash. After this I won't be.

    All of us who tried to participate in the promo and never got the reward all have had different things said to us by CS reps on both GH and Squenix. At the end of the day the take-home is nobody knows what went wrong, how to fix it, whose fault it is, or whose head is up whose rear. Best thing to do in the future is just avoid any of these promos.

    I do not want my money back, i want what i was promised by participating in this "promotion" that went all kinds of side ways. But since they can't figure out what happened or how to fix it, i am done with their promotions and i will never spend another cent in the mog station after god only knows how much i spent in their just within the last 6 months alone and have told other friends to do the same.
