So my girlfriend fell for one of those fake giveaway link (yeah i know its stupîd but thats not the point) and can't acces her account anymore (but the account is still linked to her email adress).

Can anyone help me know how she can get her account back please and thank you.

Be Wary of Suspicious URLs and Websites
Support Centre - My Square Enix account has been compromised.

I'd contact SE Support immediately.
Click on "Contact us" => "Get Support" => Category: "Account", Subcategory: "Compromised Account" & summary => "Next" => "Next" (Skip Support Information) => choose your contact method.
Do chat if you can, because of the urgency.

If she has access to the gil in your guys' FC chest, either warn your FC or remove access yourself. If not, you're fine on that end. Either way, contact support and do an account rollback. It'll take some time so be patient.
