    Please nerf bicolor gemstone requirements.

Please consider reducing the requirements to unlock rank three per zone in Endwalker / Shadowbringers as well as reduce the required amount of bicolor gemstones needed to buy the Wivre mount and Fallen Angel Wings.

It takes 3752 fates to buy just one of these items, not including all of the fates it takes to unlock the ability to save up vouchers in the first place. If you're looking to get both items than it should take you a grand total of 7864 fates. That is absolutely ridiculous and I challenge anyone on the dev team that thinks this is fair and reasonable to do the fate grind themselves.

At the very least, make the rewards able to be put on the marketboard.

you can find both the bi-color gemstone vouchers and the wivre horn itself on the marketboard. it'll prob cost you upwards of 100mil to get it without putting in the work yourself, but to each their own.

some things are not meant to be farmed and gotten over time.

The devs actually farm and play the game themselves. Also, these arent items meant to be gotten within 3 weeks of playing the game, they're long-term goals meant to be worked towards throughout the two years of the expac, before the new one comes out.

The grind to get these items is similar to the grind needed for the hunt mounts. They're clearly intended as rewards for players who make FATE farming a major part of their end game, which is something that was repeatedly requested by players who felt gemstones didn't have enough uses during Shadowbringers.

I don't see SE changing their minds on this. As Milkie Tea says, you have 2 years (or more) to be working toward getting the items you want. Getting to rank 3 in all zones doesn't take that much time, especially if you do it now while so many groups are farming shared FATEs (I cleared one zone in just 2 hours last weekend). After that, you have the option of buying the vouchers from the MB if you don't want to take the time to farm FATEs yourself.

I don't mind you have to grind this much for a mount, because this is assuming you're doing it for your main character. However, my concern is that items such as orchestrion rolls are untradable and are market prohibited. I'm someone who loves decorating and hunting for glamours, not only for my main character but also my alts. I was honestly pretty disheartened you have to complete 60 FATEs to get the untradable scroll in a zone and then multiple FATEs to get orchestrions in cities like Old Sharlayan and Radz-at-Han.
My point is that they really should be more careful when considering certain rewards because a lot of players, especially those from Crystal have 1 or more alts.

NO. Its meant to force us doing endless fates for no other reason bc we wont get tome from em and once youre done leveling its just painfull.... at least raise the cap. On shb i wasted so many bc i could not carry em and had nothing left to buy when unlocking level 3....

I suspect as the expansion continues they'll do the same thing they did during Shadowbringers - lower the rank required to obtain certain item and add new rewards like the second day cycle theme. You'd still need to do almost as many FATEs as needed to hit Rank 3 to get the gemstones to buy both rolls so it's not really a burden. You would just need to actually play your alt to get the gemstones instead of using your main to feed them items.

You're not bring forced to do anything. FATEs and the rewards you can buy with gemstones are 100% optional.

There is always something to buy with gemstones once you have the other items you want - the crafting materials. The hides/skins for LTW tend to retain value because most players hate farming them through mob kills.

The problem with this mount is that gilbuyers can and are skipping the whole process and just using RMT to buy the mount, taking away any sense of accomplishment for those who do decide to try and grind it out. Why they decided to make the things sellable on the marketboard I just don't understand. You don't make a grindy mount and then give the middle finger to the grinders by letting cheaters or people with too much money skip the whole process easily. We already have gil-based luxury mounts, they didn't need to turn this one into what is, effectively, the most expensive mount in the entire game. Imagine if people could simply buy the triceratops/victor or pteranodon mounts. I think all four of the mounts in question have ridiculously overtuned grinds myself, but I would never just allow certain people to just skip the grind entirely either.

God forbid having something to grind for... also 60 fates in a zone is nothing...
