    Controller disconnects, and only way to fix it is by restarting, which means queue...

    While playing FFXIV on PC, if my controller (gamepad) disconnects for any reason (battery dies, USB cable gets unplugged, etc), the game won't see it again until I restart the game. But restarting the game means waiting in queue again...

    Please fix it so that it enumerates new gamepad devices correctly
