    I DC everyday at exactly 6PM CST

    As the title says I disconnect from the game at exactly 6pm CST. I have tried everything on my end to try and resolve this issue and the thing is it is only the game that disconnects my internet is 100% still working. This wouldnt be such an issue if I didnt have to sit in 2-4k queues every day after it happens..... Im active as well when I get booted sometimes even doing boss fights.

    So Im making this post to see if anyone out there knows what I could do to fix this. I have tried to get answers with SE support and every response is a copy paste response and I know I need a real person to figure this out.

    Here is what I have done to narrow down that its not me:

    1. Wired connection was wireless.

    2. Pinged 8.8.8.8 ( google) repeatedly with -t option when this occurred and was not disconnected.

    3. Went through all my routers settings and changed when its changing the IP every 24 hours

    4. port forwarded the ports SE sent me and did some internet explorer thing that made no sense but I did it anyways.

    5. logged in at a later time to see if it would occur in the same amount of hours and it did not . it only occurs at 6pm CST.

    6. I want to mention this only happened after the game updated to endwalker.

    Thanks ahead of time for any help I receive with this. I don't think its my ISP simply because I lost no connection when this occurs.

    Any ideas?

    When in queue and in-game, I noticed that when a large influx of players queuing I get booted so nothing you can do I am afraid. Have to wait and queue again, it's just a server bug. SE will fix he bug on the 20th.

    I actually finally got some answers from SE support kind of had to state I dont want copy past answers and want to speak to a human about this but I got them. They found there was packet loss from a specific server its something with my ISP based on what they said and sent me so I will have to give them a call and see if theres something we can do on this. This issue has nothing to do with the server issues actually which I figured but wasnt sure if it was ISP or a bug on their end.

    Update on this it wasnt my ISP or at least they say it is not.... trying a few things on my computer and will see if this new update of theirs has the same issue.

    Steam Windows 10

    I changed to Wired to try and solve it ( am still wired)

    Spectrum

    Central USA

    Router connected to modem: Night Hawk AX1800 Rax10 NET GEAR

    Firewall is only Windows Defender ( I have ran an antivirus and removed it to try and see if maybe a virus was the cause but no)

    I only have this character.

    I've tried looking for a solution on google but I cant seem to find anyone that has had just a game disconnect and not their internet at the same time everyday. What I found was people saying thier internet would cut out at the same time everyday but when I ran a ping in command prompt I had no disconnect occur only from the game. Again this didnt happen until after the Endwalker patch so I dont know if theres a bug only with me or its a coincidence with something else. Ive dug through my router settings trying to find something and have found nothing I even updated the firmware just in case. Recently I manually set my Computers IP and DNS to google so that will be getting tested today at the time it happens. Im really curious if the patch will fix the issue as well.

    have you used a packet capturer? something that will capture things your system sends and receives without fail and store them? it's possible something about your routing might be going down at 6pm your time for maintenance? be careful what you use though you do not want to break any isp rules and what not. however you can have it looking at your packets on your end. it may not be your isp at all, it may not be SE. I hope you can resolve this.

    If it's something happening at a set time every day, it sounds like some sort of automatic subroutine or diagnostic in your ISP kicking you off. I had a similar issue with Comcast a couple years ago (internet would cut out every day at around noon for 30-60 minutes, regular as clockwork). When I was on the phone with them, they ran diagnostics, found nothing wrong with their hardware. Said to call back again in a week if the problem kept up. The problem persisted, so I called back in a week and they sent someone out.

    Turns out a local junction node was having issues, but because there was only ~15 people in my rural Vermont village that was on that node, it fell below the threshold needed for the system to flag it as a problem, even though all 15 of us would lose connection at the same time every day. So, every day, Comcast's malfunctioning hardware kicked everyone in the village offline. And every day, the system failed to log it because it was less than the 100 people needed to flag it in the system.

    Im trying Wireshark tomorrow to see myself since going back and forth between both SE and ISP isnt going to lead anywhere at this point they will both claim its not them.
