    Quest Softlock

    I am on the quest Not without Incident, I got to the objective to use the duty finder to enter the Sirensong Sea. I got disconnected from the server during my first run of the Sirensong Sea. I reran the Sirensong Sea and the quest is not progressing. I have reran the dungeon 3 times with and without auto-skipping cut scenes. Is there any way to reset the quest or does anyone have any ideas to get around this softlock.

    Solved

    The solution was to talk to the Aldenard Trading Company Sailor at Limsa Lominsa Lower Decks ( 4.1 , 12.1 ) (by the arcanist guild), and pay to travel to Kugane. This forced the quest to progress
