    2.0 add on - possible issues

    Will SE verify addons to prevent cheating and getting them verified through SE?
    or will have the power to do anything?

    i can just see it now a simple UI can easily have buttons to run 3rd party tools in the background seamlessly.

    if anyone else has anything...

    It really depends what they have planned for addons, it could just be a visual UI thing where players can reskin the UI to their taste.

    I am hoping for much more in depth addons personally, I do agree that it could be a potential issue with bots and whatnot, but tbh there are 1000's of people who already use them.

    It would be nice to get some feedback from Yoshi on just how much control he plans for us to have with addons.

    People don't need add one to run third party programs.

    That said, SE seems like the kind of company that will stay hands off with it unless something becomes very people and worthy of a seal of approval. Less work on their end that way.
