Unlock Renaming Service

As long as you do your renaming in the morning there's ZERO issues collecting character data. Just log out in an inn room and voila.

Please reinstate the renaming service. Just put a disclaimer asking players to only rename during times of low congestion. (Early morning CST).

I got the crysta for a fantasia and a name change only to realize after being unable to rename my character for several hours that it was indefinitely suspended. I didn't expect a service to be suspended like that so I just wasted my only Christmas gift.

I like many others don't want to have a Hyur or a Bunny boy with the name M'kana Tia.

Can I at least put in a ticket to have my character renamed and you just take my crysta? The queues during prime time are bad enough. The audio issues, the disconnects, the lobby errors... but now we can't even rename? This is a technical nightmare. The expansion is great but the other aspects of the launch are in tatters.

What low congestion for your time is high congestion on other worlds - see it's not going to balance until all worlds are back to normal.

Ridiculous both naming service and transfer service have been disabled for a month now.

Yeah it is pretty ridiculous they you can't even submit the request for name changes. If there is a delay or a queue for them I understand. But just completely disabling the service, for weeks now, is absurd.

Since the name change must be completed before you can log in, and in periods of high congestion you can't access your char data to change it, they would have more issues unblocking it at the moment than it's worth.

I would really like for them to unlock it and let me decide.

My character is now improperly gendered (Male name/Fem Avatar) and while not the end of the world it is annoying and immersion breaking to me.

It's not about you.

It's about the stability of the login queue which is already having trouble.

Your character's name being "immersion breaking" is not that big of a deal in comparison.

It would literally lock you from being able to log in at all. I imagine they'd have a lot more angry people "I spent money on a name change and I can't log in at all!"
