Incorrect Roegadyn name in Role Quest "Out of the Shadows"

In the lv 89 Melee DPS Role Quest "Out of the Shadows", Lorens says that Merlwyb's father's name is "Bloefhis Bloefhiswyn" during the player's first conversation with him, which is an incorrect Roegadyn name according to the naming conventions. Merlwyb's father's name is given as "Bloefhis Bloefhisyn" in Encyclopedia Eorzea Vol 1.

A thought occurred to me after you mentioned EE. Of course Blue Fish, Son of Blue Fish is Bloefhis Bloefhisyn, and the author of the EE would/should have done the appropriate research and rendered the name correctly. But is it possible that Lorens could honestly but mistakenly think Bloefhis's surname was Bloefhiswyn because he was Merlwyb's father and her surname is Bloefhiswyn? Especially since the two don't sound terribly different spoken out loud.
