Just got to level 63

For my dragoon, and it said I could get to the next class quest, but Alberic does not show a new quest marker. Do I need to do something specific to get the next job quest?

Level 64 now, still no way to start the next class quest that I can find.

Have you checked your journal and seen if you've completed the previous quest? Also as I recall the SB DRG quests took you to the Far East, specifically the Azim Steppe and Kugane, so until you have access to those areas, the quest will be unavailable, so you will need to keep up date with your main scenario quests as well. There is no way around this I'm afraid.

Your current active Job Quest (when available) should show up in the upper left of your screen under the current MSQ quest, when your character has the job in question weapon and soulstone equipped.
You can click what is displayed to bring up the Journal entry, which would then have the map and text of the quest.
If you happen to be on or haven't fully completed the previous level job quest, then the later level ones wont show up until you complete them, it's linear progression.
In order to get the L63 "Drowsy Dragons" job quest, you must have completed the L60 "Friends Through Eternity" job quest

As far as I can tell ive completed all of the previous job quests. There isnt the normal lower bar underneath the main quest one that you mentioned though, so maybe, as mentioned above, I just havent gotten far enough into the story yet to open the maps needed.

That does seem likely. Current XP progression has far outpaced what it used to be and when I played through on a new alt a few months back I ran into the same sort of issue. I knew I should have a new job quest but apparently didn't have one because I hadn't reached the area where it was located yet.

The job quests for a particular level range belong to the expansion that covered that level range and you must advance the msq to that expansion before the job quest NPCs will offer you further quests. It sounds like you just haven’t finished all of 4.x msq yet. When you do, the next quest will map link below your red and beige meteor banner, and it should be another Lv60 quest first.
