Alright, to begin with. This was an amazing Expansion. From level 83 I was hooked. I had a 12k queue wait timer so that gave me time to cook a bunch of food and prep for the weekend.

Now for the good stuff.
For those of you who beat Zodiark and Hydaelyn, you'll eventually get to fight the BBEG Endsinger. Who is very very tough.

The good news is, you'll get help from your bestie Zenos!

Sadly, Zenos doesn't want to share you with anyone else and you have to smack him around a bit, a bit of tough love is sometimes required.

You then leave your biggest fan layed out on the edge of the known universe. He isn't dead by the by.

He didn't go the way of Papalymo, he's just sleeping it off. If I tell myself this enough times it might come true. (Let me have this, it's been a rough year.)

So! Since our buddy is trapped out there, his only reason to live and that by the way is the true theme of Endwalker. Why do you live? For Zenos, it's to get to hang out with his bestie. For however short a time that might be. In the interm, he trains. While the WoL does fetch quests. Zenos does cross fit.

So down the line. I'd like to see an event. Something like..

You get into bed at an inn of any place, even Crystarium. Then a familiar silhouette appears and says "A familiar friend watches over you while you sleep."

Which triggers a quest, in which you return to Zenos and go for another round. Much harder than the MSQ, let's face it. Zenos got rolled like a drunk in the Sapphire Avenue.

So what happens when our buddy feels such devastation that even Gaius balks at?

I reckon we should get a life sized cut-out of Zenos we can put in our homes that has a punching feature like with the Golden Saucer: Cuff-a-Cur.
