The payment system

I get the error 601 when i try to use my debit card. Can anyone help me to know what to do. I live in the UK and I don't know how safe Ultimate pay or Click and buy is.

I have no clue, let me just say this - SE needs to simplify their payment method. When i tried to purchase more chrysta yesterday I got so frustrated I felt like breaking something, and then breaking it again. I tried to mash the "confirm purchase" button a good twenty times to no avail. NOT TO MENTION the fact that they ask for information i have never seen on any other site for ex: credit/debit card "start date" WTF is this? and the 3 number code all the cards have on the back? It would only let me put TWO numbers in.

FIX THIS NOW. I am ready to quit because of this one simple problem. Sorry to rage, but I just purchased and DLed Diablo 3 online and it was waaaaaaaaaaaaay easier. Nuff sed.

I must admit their system is really a waste of time and does need to be more simple.. My card works fine and everything but still messes up... oh well D3 is out tomorrow I will play that as well as my 30 days free that i have left..

I use ClickandBuy without any problems apart from the inconvenience of having to set up something special just for FFXIV (this was back at launch). The issue is that it's not very widely used in some of FFXIV's markets, such as the US, which makes it seem untrustworthy.

Is you credit cars regionlocked? Cause if your card is locked for use in Japan, then they cant charge from the account you have. Check with your bank and see if the cards can be used worldwide etc. I get a setup menu pop up when I log into my netbank every week etc asking if I want to make changes to my regions
