    Platform? Windows

Which controllers specifically did you try? Xbox one Controller (2016 model)

When using wired method, did you disable any bluetooth options to avoid interference? Bluetooth isn't enabled when wired since i use a xbox wireless adapter for the controller when i want to use the bluetooth feature. An no matter if wired with bluetooth off, or bluetooth enabled an not wired it still would have an unresponsive nature. Very random when it does happen.

Do you have multiple controllers or other 3rd party devices hooked up the machine? No on both

Did anything change in the computer's environment that may have contributed to the problem? From what i have been seeing on Device Manager nothing changes on my end.

Try running a clean boot on the machine to see if that may help: I have done this 3 times since Endwalker an to no luck, an this issue only came in Endwalker itself an has persisted since.

Wired or wireless connection: Both but not ever at the same time. I have an Xbox Wireless Adapter an also i bought a usb cable for the controller just in case. An i have tried both an they both suffer the same issues.

Internet Service Provider: Not sure....why this would be a point to bring up but Spectrum is my ISP....though i doubt the launch of Endwalker all of a sudden the isp would restrict certain access via...my controller. Cause this only happens in XIV since Endwalker other than that there has been small instance of it like back in Heavensward but it was patched or it was a Steam collision. If im playing any other game i dont have this issue be it online or not.
