How do I disable the achievements notification?

I've already disabled the show achievement in notification upon login, in the Character Config > User Interface category.

Is there a way to just silence these notifications? I don't care about achievements and I don't want it shoved in my face every time I log in, and every time I change zones.

I don't mind seeing the achievement completed notification, but stop nagging me about other achievements near completion! They are incomplete because I don't care about them! Stop shoving that thing in my face!

There must be an option somewhere I'm missing. Please give me a hint.

Nope. You'd be better off re-enabling the "notification" setting. Rather than dumping the window on you, it just does the little green notification box on the side that goes away on its own, same as the "in current area" notification.
