Light Sensitivity in Level 89 Event

Mods, I am sorry, I had to remake this. You moved this and a support ticket opened. But the Customer Support closed the ticket and said they can't provide 'help on how to beat a fight'. That is not even remotely my problem. Please help



I am not sure where to bring this up, I did open a ticket for it too in the general sense. However, the level 89 trial almost put me in the hospital.

It is the worst sort of light sensitivity episode I've ever seen in a videogame, let alone FF14 itself. Considering the nature of the fight I have no idea how this could be resolved. I was only able to clear it by turning my monitor down to almost 0 brightness and in game gamma to 0 as well and even then, it left me scrambling for my migraine medication.

The level 81 dungeon was also particularly bad. I've never run into this much content with these issues in 14 before and it's frustrating to have no way to provide accessibility feedback.

If this is the wrong place to post this sort of issue, please let me know where to do so. I have a pretty good feeling I'm not the only one with issues.

So again they closed my ticket, I even got a survey. The above is all I ever got. Can I please get someone to reopen a ticket for me? This is getting ridiculous. I don't need help beating a trial. I need to submit an accessibility ticket because your game almost gave me a seizure
