Will the aim of new NA/EU servers impact OCE DC delivery date?

I want to start this be saying that I absolutely acknowledge and understand that it is extremely unreasonable to solve the existing connection and congestion issues overnight as some people are demanding. We're in a global pandemic, supply chains are shattered, and silicon is nigh impossible to obtain, with or without deep pockets. We were warned months in advance that congestion levels would be, in a word, ludicrous. That said, the recent communication from Our Lord Yoshi-P has me slightly worried. Specifically, I'm referring to the statement that 'we want to add a new logical data center and new servers to NA/EU, but we need more time.'

We can reasonably infer that the new logical data center is the previously announced Oceanic DC. The reason I worry is the statement of 'we need more time.' Last we were told, the OCE DC was estimated to be going online in February of '22. I do wonder if the 'we need more time' was saying that this is no longer this case. I also worry that the goal of adding new NA/EU servers is going to be delaying the onset of OCE servers, whether it be by spreading the server technicians thin, or by actually reassigning the planned OCE server machines to the NA and EU data centers.

The idea that the long awaited and requested OCE data center could be delayed even further in order to ease the issues being faced by NA and EU populations more quickly is not a comforting one, especially given that us OCE folks have received very little support from gaming companies over the years. That said, I can also see SE thinking that it's a decision they have to make.

Now I'm not in the business of telling game developers how to do their jobs, nor am I inclined to demand that my enjoyment be prioritised over that of others, so I ask only for some clarification on the matter.
