    You have extreme for a weapon, but this isn’t really needed for Savage (crafted weapon is good enough) so the only reason to spam this is for a mount, but you don’t get any additional power.

    You can do ultimate, but the hardest thing is finding 7 other competent players of a similar skillset who can coordinate and can put in the time for it, but the only reward is glamour weapons, plus there are very few of them.

    An m+ style, increasing difficulty level dungeons where you can get better gear would be great, but don’t think it will ever happen sadly.
    Exactly, i was thinking... ok what to do now ?, farm 570 gear to do raids to do Savages ? for what ?

    At the very least in WoW i get the satisfaction that it is to own people....

    Now, if wow wasnt a ghost town tho ....

    Yep, back in ARR, SE introduced weekly repeatable quests for doing Garuda, Titan and Ifrit Ex which brought them more life other then mount farming.

    I would love to see content under Savage that is more repeatable that is also rewarding or give rewards that impact other aspects of grind, heck be happy if they upped the tomestone drops so that people don't have to do certain roulettes if they don't want to.

    Of course Mythic + type system in the dungeons, players just want to do more things that only want to do harder content in the style that FF14 gives.

    I also want to see a Ex trial roulette that isnt tied to the mentor system as well.

    I would prefer 8 bosses with 2 phases than 4 with 4 phases ...savage last 8 weeks (books) yes u can farm alt gear after that....but meh

    Ffxiv needs more middle hc content to keep casuals and raiders busy , even if its mount glamour or random weekly

    Yup, and the gear you get is only worth having for 9 months until the next tier comes out and then the new crafted gear is better than the gear you spent all that effort farming for in that previous tier.

    Well, thats all MMOs ....

    My Biggest issue with the game is that gear is useless other than to show off ...

    I think im done with FF14 for a while ....

    Sorry, I wasn't trying to disagree, just clarify what you were saying and what some of the static raiders have been saying about difficulty. Like, there's different kinds of difficulty and that has context based on who's running it and how coordinated they are, not trying to make some absolute statement about what's hard and what's not.

    It's used for speedkilling or ultimate mostly.

    I vastly prefer the skill-based model this game offers over the gear treadmills in other MMOs, where talentless players can just swipe their credit card and buy boosts that give them extreme degrees of character power

    Funnily enough the way it works has been praised by a lot of WoW players who moved over.
    While I do have fond memories of old WoW raids, the truth is that so much of it is a time waster.

    This game isn't any more skill based than other mmos of past. Anytime someone says this game is more skill based I just laugh. The gearing is dull. There are no trinket procs to track, set bonuses.

    This game has a treadmill. It's just that it's pointless.
