    Once I can, I'll try the following: Gridania & LL quests and recheck if I completed Court In the sand (which i'm sure that I have)

    I've been on and off FFXIV as stated, that would identify why I haven't seen patch notes about the changes since I've missed a bunch of them while out and about, that would be my bad haha.

    Regardless, thank you community and posters for the tips and knowledge, I've tried looking up quest walkthroughs and guides about prerequisites/NPC locations and the most informative has been on this thread. I'll report back on my issue asap.
