Just Bought The Game..... Can't Log In?

Greetings,

Well this looks great for me...
I just dropped 60 bucks on the game downloaded the expansions...
Tried to log in to the launcher and get a "technical error has occurred"...
Naturally I went to the website to try to log in there....
Nope. Nothing. Same error on website....

Then, to my "pure joy" they have a maintenance resolution stating..
"No worries we fixed it"
Well its not fixed, and I see a handful people on here that cannot get in either.

This is not a great impression for me, depending on how long this goes or if its not resolved quickly I am going to be requesting a refund.
I have no loyalty or connection or time invested in this game and I would rather not start like this.

I have also created a support ticket.

I understand these issues are vexing, but I encourage you to give the game a shot. These issues typically don't last a huge amount of time and I think you will enjoy it when you get into it.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but it seems the log in servers are broken. I do hope you'll be able to get some play time in but it seems everyone is locked out from playing at the moment.

Not that it helps, but your timing (luck?) really sucks. This hasn't been a problem (on SE's end at least) til today. Previous problems prior to EW release were ISP's doing dodgy stuff. Hope your experience gets better, for what it's worth!

Knowing I'm not the only one drowning here is a little bit of re-assurance.

I am capable of waiting a few days for the resolution, I just know I have been locked out of other MMO's for almost a month because of strange account issues.

I hope you all can get in soon.

Get a refund if you want but what did you expect during one of the biggest expansions of the entire game's release. We are overloaded right now and the login servers have crashed during prime time. Log in during off-peak hours.
