Launcher won't accept login info, but it's correct.

I've been trying to play for the last 3 hours and the launcher will not accept my information suddenly.

I can log into the mogstation/loadstone/SE website so the information is all correct.

I CANNOT contact SE customer service. The only option I'm being given is to email them, but it requires information I don't have about a security question I don't remember setting up.

How do I actually contact SE to get this fixed?

I have the same problem. I was even able to change my password through the launcher, but that same password wouldn't let me login. I made a ticket with SE. No reply yet.

Correction. I changed launcher to the original one, and it worked. I was able to log in, but the newer version does not work. All the screen are blank.

Same issue - got booted in a 2002, tried to log back. Reset my password like 5 times and it won't accept it. Mogstation is fine somehow....

I also tried to install the PC version, but I couldn't log in during the install phase, so it's not a ps5/platform issue.

If you have VPN on, it seems to be causing an issue with the launcher. I turned it off, logged in, then turnedi t back on before launching the client and it worked.
