Considering that even professional IT specialists like my boyfriend who works for Verizon use Pingplotter to diagnose problems with packet loss, this graph doesn't lie.
If a Dev would like to contact me in private I would be more than happy to export the Pingplotter data so that you can see what's happening above and beyond a screenshot: but for obvious reasons, I can't include my IP address publicly.
It is NOT our internet. NTT already admits that they are aware of issues, but that they won't do anything about it unless Square Enix calls them. So why not just call them? Just... call them and ask them politely to find and resolve the issues. Stop investigating it yourselves and start by calling NTT.
