I Think that would be translated because it would be a better experience for me. I'm Spanish and my knowledge of English is not enough to understand all the things and mechanics of the game.
I am sure if the game is translated to Spanish(the third most spoken language on the world) a lot of players would appreciate Eorzia's world better than ever.
In Addition, I want say that i have at least 5 friends that would play FFXIV if it were in Spanish. If all the Spanish players have at least 1 friend that would play if the game is in Spanish, SE could duplicate the sells of their product.

I think translate for Spanish and Italian should be added. I enjoy being able to play with people from around the world, even if I don't speak there language. Auto-translate helps so much in meeting and playing with people anywhere. I definitely think adding auto-translate for Spanish and Italian would be an asset and worth the time to set it up.
