[LFM 6/8] [NA] Late Night Static Recruiting Caster + Ranged Dps

We are recruiting members for the new Endwalker raids and ultimate coming in the new year. We are a long-term group that's been raiding since Eden and have spent the better half of 2021 clearing through the three ultimate fights. As a group we fit that quirky not quite MC but not quite HC mentality - at the end of it all we just wanna go hard, clear content and have fun. Due to IRL changes we have lost some members. To that end we are after two dps to help finish off our lineup, specifically a caster and ranged as the two melee spaces are accounted for. While we don't seek perfection, we do expect a decent level of proficiency in your class as well as a good growth mindset and attitude towards working as a team.

Scheduling: Week 1 we are going degen and trying to fit in as many hours as we possibly can. After that we will drop to a 3 day a week 2.5 hour raid night schedule.
Raid times: 5.00-7.30pm GMT+8 (Perth, Western Australia)
Data centre: Aether (NA).
