Sorry to Say, but I can't play no longer.

I know Many of you won't Agree with me but I am going to say it anyways.

I have played constantly for the last 6 to 8 months. Leveling, Farming, Doing Raids, Fates, Farming Tomes, Buying Gear, Farming Relics etc. I went from a New Account to having 11 level 80 characters with 535 Queens Blade Level Weapons and in 520, 525 IR Armors. An the lowest life I ever had was 112,000 life to a Max of 120,000, had the BEST Materia VII and VIII even over melded 90% of my armors. So there was time invested in to ffxiv, Steam shows 3,899.8 hours invested.

An honestly I am disappointed in Endwalker cause I honestly wanted to see how Hydaelyn and Zodiark play out, it's a really great story. But honestly I logged in to my 80's and found out all my life 120,000 was brought low to 28,000 and all the materia was at 24 for VIII. All my time and effort wasted for what? Just so they could ruin the game and make what me and everyone else worked so hard on mean crap.

I dunno about you but my time is valuable and I won't do it again. I am sorry but you have to understand what they did is like Having a full time job only to find out your NOT getting paid for it and at the end they fire you. Was a good run and I hope whoever else still plays you find it worth it or play it in moderation.

Your stat values are the same as before the squish! The whole point was to reduce horrendously large numbers!

I would like to say I want Big Damage, Big Numbers etc but it's not really that. I was actually checking my stats before I made the post. They actually did kill some stats, cause as I play a whm my Spell Speed was 2200+ and now it's down to 900 something don't remember the exact since am not online. I know everyone is think boo hoo poor baby. But it's not like that. I worked hard to get my stats person on every character and busted my butt. But all that work was for nothing, I mean how can I go from 2200+ spell speed down to 900 something when my GCD was 1.3. Sure tell me the percentages are the same ya not exactly the SAME. It's like saying lets see a V8 corvette with 350 horsepower that gets a 4 cylinder with 60 horsepower that's NOT even the same or close to the same. "Oh it's a V8 they just down sized it to make space or get rid of the big numbers. An it just wasn't on the whm it was on ALL my other 10 level 80's

This does not bother me. In the original Final Fantasy series, the damage cap was 9999, and that was just fine. Heck in Breath of Fire 1 it was 999. Numbers mean less than nothing to me. The quality of the game does, and this game is a quality game. Seems a bit petty to quit over something like that, but to each their own. Have a wonderful life friend.

Ok, I had a whole big thing I could have said, but I'll just put it plainly. Have fun with whatever else you choose to do. They aren't going to reverse course on this. You understand what they did, you understand why. At this point, the more of you who quit over this kind of petty nonsense, the faster I can get back into the game.

I turned flying text off a while ago and never went back. As long as the boss is dying, people are getting healed and I know the job I don't care to see more clutter. *shrug*

i dont want to be rude, but its just stupid to quit the game over such things. You can exactly the same now as before the stat squish (only difference are the numbers)
