Depends. 2-3 hours if no errors. 6-10 hours if you get 2002'ed out.

Queue times can be hard to predict because they're based not just on how many are trying to log in at the same time but on how many players are logging out. If 1000 log out, the game can let 1000 in. If only 200 log out, the game can only let 200 in.

Logouts start becoming more frequent around 8pm Pacific for the NA worlds so queue wait times start falling rapidly around then. Hopefully you won't need to wait that long.
